Refund & Returns Policy

All Project 80 e-books and digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product that cannot be physically returned, and that you waive any right to a refund once the download link has been delivered to your email.

This policy exists because digital content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a PDF has been downloaded, it cannot be un-downloaded. We have made free sample chapters available for every flagship book so you can evaluate the quality, depth, and style of the content before you buy.

The only exceptions to this policy are:

• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally buy the same book or bundle twice in the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate charge upon request.
• Technical failure: If you are unable to download your files due to a confirmed technical error on our end, and we cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, we will issue a full refund.
• Fraudulent charge: If your payment method was used without your authorisation, contact us immediately with evidence and we will investigate and refund if verified.

Every purchase includes lifetime access to the current version of the book, plus any future corrections or minor updates to that edition. You will receive a unique download link via email after checkout. Save your files — the link is active for 30 days, and you may contact us to reactivate it if needed.
